I am currently proudly the Founding Executive Director of Community Mindfulness Project bridging the mental health tool of mindfulness to social emotional learning and restorative justice.
As a consultant on select projects, I am bringing over 15 years of social impact, strategic partnerships and fundraising growth experience to nonprofit, vc and mission driven brand clients.
I am a passionate brand advocate who builds bridges between business needs and social causes resulting in productive and transformative relationships that deliver positive impact.
I began my career in the nonprofit sector, working with charity: water and Clinton Global Initiative on sponsorships and strategic events. Later, at TED, I launched, scaled and ultimately ran its highest revenue generating program: The TED Institute. Fostering partnerships with Fortune 100 companies such as IBM, State Street, UPS and BCG, the program developed a digital marketing suite output of TED talk content from conferences across 5 continents as well as short film and animated campaign advertising. Most recently I was the Director of Client Partnerships for social impact agency and consultancy, Matter Unlimited.
Additionally, in the emerging technology and venture capital industry, I led various partnership and impact programs, working directly with founders across a range of tech products including Blockchain, AR/VR, and EdTech. As Head of Social Impact at FinTech Summer, I worked to close the deeply inequitable racial and wealth gaps perpetuated by the student debt crisis and exacerbated by COVID-19's economic depression.
